I’m doing this because

I spent 22 years in the Army, including serving during the Kargil War, where leadership and decision-making carried real consequences.

After I left the uniform, I found a war being fought quietly in corporate India. Managers frozen by the fear of being exposed as not good enough.

In the Army, we never sent a soldier into battle without training. Yet that's exactly how most managers are sent into leadership, promoted into command with no training at all.

I built Warrior Wisdom to change that.
